ITEM SHIPPING.
Item shipping will be done by our courier service providers on weekdays between 8am and 4:30pm. Items will only be shipped once payment is reflected and cleared in our account.
Delivery timelines.
Regional areas: Gauteng - 4 to 5 working days from cleared payment dates.
Outlying area: Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KZN, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State Rate - 5 to 7 working days from cleared payment dates.
** We reserves the right to quote on delivery to outer lying areas and you will receive an email in this regard.
Cost of Delivery up to a maximum of 25kg per box is charged at a flat fee of R90 within Gauteng. Anything above 25kg will incur further charges and you will be notified.
Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Western Cape, KZN, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Free State Rate up to a maximum of 25kg is R99.
MELTED PRODUCTS
Due to the hot weather experienced in South Africa we are unable to take responsibility once products leave our premises. Chocolates and all other products that are subject to melting are bought at the customers discretion. All melted product issues to be taken up with the relevant courier. Sweet City cannot be held liable for melted products.
